One job finished, another to do

A helicopter that was used to prepare 13 missionary pilots and mechanics to obtain their helicopter licenses will soon be on its way to the Philippines.

The Robinson R-44 helicopter, originally purchased almost four years ago to evaluate its usefulness, has been dismantled and will be placed in an ocean-going container. It will be trucked to Los Angeles and placed on a cargo ship. It is then expected to take up to four weeks to reach the Philippines.

The customs and importing process may take another six months before the helicopter can actually be put into service.

Pilot Brian Schaadt is in the Philippines, waiting to reassemble it.

Please pray for last-minute details to be worked out, for a safe voyage and a smooth and quick importing process.
