Ethnos360 Aviation Development Representative Job Description

Job Purpose:

Initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with ministry partners and major partner prospects, corporations and foundations for the purpose of expanding the Ethnos360 Aviation ministry.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare funding proposals and personal presentation of major opportunities to help realize the financial and relational objectives of Ethnos360 Aviation’s ministry.
  • Interact frequently with Ethnos360 Aviation Executive Director and the Ethnos360 Director of Stewardship Development Office.
  • Initiate frequent contacts with current ministry donors, prospects, church representatives, foundation personnel and other prospective partners
  • Prospect for and identify potential and existing partners
  • Research and initiate contacts and appointments for personal visits and presentations
  • Visit Ethnos360 Aviation ministry partners to share appreciation and updates in an effort to develop deeper relationships with them
  • Prepare funding proposals and personal presentation of major opportunities to help realize the financial and relational objectives of Ethnos360 Aviation’s ministry.
  • Develop specific funding and project proposals appropriate to the existing or prospective partner.
  • To develop and maintain communications strategies with financial partners (your caseload) to maximize their involvement with Ethnos360 Aviation.
  • Partner profiling of Ethnos360 Aviation organizational partners and prospects including data input and monitoring for data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain administrative files and systems necessary for proper cultivation and maintenance of effective partner relationships.
  • Provide ministry opportunities and project information as appropriate
  • Maintain accountability systems and reports to measure progress.
  • Provide monthly activity reports to the Ethnos360 Aviation Executive Director demonstrating prospecting, calls, visits and outcomes.
  • Participate as required in long and short range strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, training and other departmental functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Is a detail-oriented person
  • Can work independently
  • Does well in relationship building
  • Has good oral and written communication skills, feels confident making "cold" calls
  • Has a knowledge of basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Is a team player
  • Available to travel
