Marketing and Social Media Manager

Job Purpose:

Help to manage the marketing and social media strategies of Ethnos360 Aviation; work closely with the Ethnos360 Aviation media departments

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement the Ethnos360 Aviation strategy through marketing and social media
• Work with other departments to ensure the marketing and media tools are kept up to date with new technology, trends, and applications
• Community outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Manage Ethnos360 Aviation presence on the web and social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter
• Be an advocate of Ethnos360 Aviation in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
• Monitor feedback and benchmarks for measuring the impact of the marketing and social media programs being used in order to analyze and review their effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good project management and organizational skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Excellent ability to communicate information and ideas in written and verbal form
• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide the NTM Aviation Marketing and Social Media team
