Ability to interact with and maintain relationships with donors. Good verbal and written communication skills. CRM software skills.

Salary: None – Financial support raising required

Purpose: To initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with ministry partners, corporations and foundations for the purpose of expanding the Ethnos360 Aviation ministry as it serve Ethnos360’s church planting efforts.

Responsibilities: Writing, calling, connecting with donors. Monitor incoming donations through consistent, daily use of the donor CRM to support accurate, up‑to‑date fundraising efforts. Needs to be in regular contact with CRM database manager and Director of Ministry Advancement.
