Excitement is High at NTM Aviation

Excitement was high at the NTM Aviation hangar in McNeal when the 2nd Kodiak for PNG arrived from Sandpoint, Idaho yesterday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.

We are so thankful for God’s provision of this 2nd aircraft that will help us serve the tribal missionaries in the very remote areas of the Highlands, Sepik River, and Islands Regions of Papua New Guinea.  There is no transportation infrastructure in PNG,  and the only way to reach most of these areas is either by hiking for days on treacherous mountain trails or by equally treacherous boat travel across the ocean.

As we gathered in our NTM Aviation hangar for prayer, we could only thank the God of the Impossible for providing these two Kodiaks so that we can replace our aging fleet and provide safe travel for our missionaries.

These Kodiak aircraft will also enable us to resume emergency medevac flights from PNG to Australia since there is no adequate medical care in country.  The Kodiak is the ideal aircraft capable of landing on the shortest airstrips in PNG as well as flying over vast stretches of ocean to deliver patients to Australia.

Thank you so much for your prayers.  Our entire team thanks you for being part of this exciting adventure.
