Ethnos360 Aviation Housing

At our McNeal training facility in Arizona, the need for quality housing is growing. As a mission-focused organization dedicated to training and sending pilots, mechanics, and staff overseas to support church planting efforts, we are committed to caring for their housing needs during their one to two years of training.  We need housing not only for students in training but also for our training staff and support personnel serving our flight programs overseas.

Many of our current housing units — primarily aging mobile homes — are long overdue for replacement. While we have previously purchased new double-wide units, they have proven costly and of lower quality. As a result, we are returning to a more sustainable and volunteer-driven approach: building high-quality, stick-built homes from scratch. With professional volunteers, we estimate that we can build replacement housing for about $175,000 per home.

We are seeking:

  • Donors who are passionate about supporting global missions and want to invest in long-term infrastructure.
  • Volunteers with a heart to serve and skills to help us build homes that will support families during their training journey.  Volunteer at: https://ethnos360aviation.org/go/volunteer

Join us in creating a lasting impact — one home at a time.
