A Beautiful Answer to Prayer

Fuel drums from New Zealand

What a beautiful picture of an answer to your prayers!

The 80-drum shipment of Jet-A fuel that Ethnos360 Aviation ordered from New Zealand has arrived in Papua New Guinea at the right time, just as our supply there is dwindling and the fuel situation in country is still far from stable.

"Despite being unable to get our normal bulk fuel order for the month (as the country's fuel provider is unable to supply it), the arrival of this shipment will allow us to continue our scheduled flying unhindered," wrote Imie Mark, Aircraft Maintenance Controller.

One of these scheduled flights has already taken two families of a brand-new team into their village location to begin learning the language and culture, so that they can share with them the gift of the gospel of Christ.

We praise the Lord for His provision of these barrels of Jet A. Continue to pray for the fuel situation to remain stable so that people groups can continue to hear the gospel.

But also pray for Papua New Guinea as it faces the grief of losing so many of its citizens in a devastating landslide on May 24. According to our personnel in PNG, “assistance is being provided by disaster officials, PNG Defense Force, and the Department of Works and Highways, to start relief work and recovery of bodies. Supporting these government agencies are non-government organizations, as well as the Australian government.” If the need arises, however, Ethnos360 Aviation stands ready to help.
