It's Christmas and We Thank You

It’s Christmas, and we want to thank you for your gifts throughout 2024 that help Ethnos360 Aviation provide the “gift” of aviation service to church planters in the remote regions of Brazil, Asia-Pacific, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines.

With aviation sustaining them, church planters can go the distance and take the time – years, in fact – to “make disciples” as Jesus commanded. Then those mature disciples can reach out to the next village or the next people group to take God’s Good News. Multiplication, we could call it. A sign of a well-discipled, thriving church.

And it’s happening! First, let’s set the stage for a scenario in Papua New Guinea (PNG). A few months ago, nearly 500 believers from six different language groups (Wusuraambya, Simbari, Aziana, Wantakia, Awena and others) came together to learn from God’s Word and encourage one another.

Over the course of two days, R66 pilot Stuart Sims and Kodiak pilot Ryan Farran landed at 25 different locations to fly 56 passengers to the conference. All of those were PNG nationals except for Jeremy Hambrice and Jack Crabtree, church planters in the Wantakia people group, who joined Eric, an Aziana elder, in the teaching responsibilities at the conference.

And the teaching was rich! The church leaders themselves had chosen the topics: grace, Biblical manhood and womanhood, how the end times should affect our lives, and the process for making disciples.

Now here’s where we see this multiplication taking shape. After the “end times” teaching, the churches responded by strategizing how they could take the gospel to nearby language groups who have yet to hear the gospel. They also committed to continue sharing the truth with their own people who have not yet believed. The women were especially encouraged to hear that it’s their job to help make disciples too!

Your gifts and prayers to keep Ethnos360 Aviation functioning have a part in the discipleship of believers who are in turn reaching out to villages and people groups who still need to hear God’s Word. Does this feel like a gift given to you? Tangible fruit for your labors in prayer and giving!

Thank you again so much for partnering with Ethnos360 Aviation. We certainly wish you a Blessed Christmas and a God-honoring New Year!
